GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EVENTS ORGANIZED BY PRESTIGE MJM
I.REGULATIONS OF EVENTS
1. The General Terms and Conditions concern each mass event organized by Prestige MJM in Poland in accordance with the mass events’ act passed on 20th March 2009
2. The entry to the venue is possible after showing ticket or ticket of admission issued by Prestige MJM except for all those, who are mentioned in the article 17th of the mass events’ act.
3. The Organizer is obliged to ensure order and security of the venue in accordance with the mass events act, particularly by forbidding to carry following items:
a) gun;
b) alcoholic beverages;
c) dangerous tools and other items;
d) explosive and pyrotechnic materials;
e) intoxicants and psychotropic materials;
f) poisonous and radioactive substances;
g) flammable liquids;
h) other items that according to the Organizer can be dangerous security;
Moreover, it is forbidden to let animals in to the venue except for accompanying dogs.
4. The Organizer reserves the rights to refuse to carry and use cameras, camcorders and other audio – visual recording devices.
5. The Organizer is responsible for ensuring fire safety.
6. The Organizer is allowed to record the event, particularly behavior of participants of the event by using audio-visual devices. The Organizer reserves the rights to provide these recordings to law enforcement bodies in situations regulated by the law.
7. Participants are obliged to take place according to the information contained on ticket or ticket of admission issued by the Organizer. Participants are obliged to stay in places intended.
8. The entry is forbidden to all those, who:
a) are not allowed to participate in mass events in accordance with the law, particularly all those who are banned from participating in the event on strength of ruling made by the court.
b) are under influence of alcohol, intoxicants, psychotropic drugs and other substances that have similar effects that mentioned above.
c) behave in an aggressive way or the way that can be a danger to safety of participants of the event.
d) have items and substances forbidden by the law and are mentioned in The General Terms and Conditions of events.
e) do not have ticket or whose ticket has been invalidated by the Organizer.
9. Apart from the situations mentioned in The General Terms and Conditions of the events, the Organizer and people authorized by the Organizer have rights to refuse entry to the venue for security reasons and other reasons included in the law.
10. All those who were refused entry on the venue, according to situations mentioned in The General Terms and Conditions or all those who were obliged to leave the event do not deserves any claims including those concerning ticket refunds.
11. During the event it is forbidden to:
a) take actions that may cause interrupting or disrupting the event or may disturb other participants of event;
b) use offensive and vulgar words, propagate and put up slogans that contain vulgar and racists contents, incite to conflicts, particularly on religious, social and racist background;
c) put up banners without earlier Organizer’s written agreement;
d) throw any items;
e) use psychotropic drugs and intoxicants;
f) drink alcoholic beverages. If there is permission to sell or serve alcoholic beverages, it is forbidden to drink other alcoholic beverages than the permitted ones. It is forbidden to drink alcoholic beverages in other places that indicated by the Organizer;
g) light a fire and smoking in places where it is banned;
h) use fireworks and other things that carrying is forbidden by the law and The General Terms and Conditions of the events.
i) do physiological needs in other places that toilets
j) litter the venue;
k) destroy the infrastructure of the venue;
l) block entrances, exits and evacuation routes;
m) take actions on the venue concerning other activities than participation in the event, including trade and gastronomic issues without earlier written Organizer’s agreement.
n) take actions concerning advertising, promotional and charity activities without earlier organizer’s written permission;
o) entry to areas and places unavailable to the audience;
p) take other actions than mentioned above that according to the Organizer may cause danger and disrupt the event or make it difficult its right reception;
q) take other actions than mentioned above and regulated by the law and The General Terms and Conditions.
12. The participant has rights to:
a) entry and participate in the event in accordance with the law and the General Terms and Conditions;
b) be informed about locations of medical, gastronomic and sanitary backup;
c) use devices, including sanitary backup that are available to every participant, for what is was intended;
d) get medical help in scope of participation in the event in case of unexpected situations.
II. BUYING TICKETS
1. Buying tickets for events organized by Prestige MJM, the participant accepts The General Terms and Conditions.
2. Ticket is valid only with the control coupon and authorizes for a single entry to event.
3. Tickets refunds are accepted in case of cancellation and rescheduling the event. The Organizer has to inform about possibility and date of refunding tickets. Tickets refunds is not possible on the venue of the event.
4. The Organizer has right to cancel the event without earlier information when the cancellation is not caused by the Organizer’s fault. In such situation, ticket holder has rights in accordance with the law.
5. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes concerning schedule of event in situation that the promoter is not responsible for, including cancellation of the event and dismissing participants behaving aggressively, disrupting the event, having tools and items that may be danger to other participants and being under influence of alcohol and other intoxicants. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to all mentioned above.
6. The Organizer is not obliged to refund money for unused ticket. It concerns the situations when it is caused by the consumer, particularly by not complying consumer to the General Terms and Conditions.
7. The Organizer reserves the right to invalidate ticket in case of reselling or attempting to resale the ticket for a higher amount than the amount printed on the ticket without Organizer’s agreement. This right concerns also tickets that are offering or purchasing in promotional actions, competitions and other actions without Organizer’s written permission. The Organizer is not obliged to satisfy any claims concerning invalidating ticket because of the reasons mentioned in the first sentence of this point.
8. Entry of underage participants is available after showing ticket. Such participant should be in keeping of an adult.
9. Ticket returns are accepted only in place where ticket was bought.
10. In case of recording the event organized by Prestige MJM, using audio – visual devices ticket holders agrees for such recordings without any claims.
III. Miscellaneous
1. The Organizer informs that every participant may be expose to strong sound that can cause hearing damage.
2. Official gadgets of the show are selling only on the venue on show.
3. In every situation that has not been mentioned in the General Terms and Conditions final decisions concerning organizational and order aspects are made by authorized representatives of Prestige MJM company. In other situations regulations of the civil code will be applied.
